About fliq

fliq is a UK property portal. It brings together homes for sale, homes to rent, homes to swap and properties going to auction, and it puts the people advertising them in direct touch with the people looking.

Start with a postcode, a town or a district and narrow the results down by price, bedrooms, floor area and the features that matter to you. Every filter lives in the address bar, so a search you like is a link you can keep or send to somebody else.

Free to advertise, for everyone

Private sellers, landlords, estate and letting agents and developers all advertise on fliq at no cost. There is no limit on how many properties you post, no fee when you find a buyer or a tenant, and no paid placement that pushes somebody else's property above yours. Post a listing and you can edit or pause it whenever you like.

What that looks like in practice depends on who you are, so there is a page for each: advertising your own property , fliq for estate and letting agents and fliq for developers .

Who fliq is for

• Private sellers and landlords who want their property in front of the same audience an agency's would reach, and who would rather field the enquiries themselves.
• Estate and letting agents who want a second window on their stock without another monthly bill. Agency accounts can invite colleagues, so a branch works from one set of listings.
• Developers advertising new-build homes.
• Buyers, renters and swappers, who never pay us anything and never see an advert for anything other than a property.

What fliq is not

fliq is an advertising platform. We are not an estate agent, a letting agent or an auctioneer, we are not a party to any sale, tenancy or exchange, and we do not value properties, hold deposits, arrange viewings or sell mortgages. The advertiser writes the listing and is responsible for it; we check listings before they appear and remove the ones that break the rules, but we cannot verify every claim in every advertisement, so view a property and take your own advice before you commit to anything.

If something on fliq looks wrong, every listing has a "Report this listing" link and we read all of them.

How we treat your data

We do not run advertising networks on fliq, we do not use third-party analytics, and we do not sell or share your details with data brokers. Your address goes to the advertiser you choose to contact and nowhere else. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in, keep the forms secure, and remember that you have seen our cookie notice.
