fliq is a UK property portal where private sellers and landlords advertise directly. Write your listing, add your photos and publish it: there is no listing fee, no commission when you sell or let, and no contract to get out of.

How it works

1. 1. Create your account

   Sign up with an email address and confirm it from the message we send. That is all we ask for before you can post - there is nothing to pay and no card to enter.

2. 2. Describe your property

   Choose whether you are selling, letting or swapping, then add the address, the price, the rooms, the floor area, the features and your photos. Your draft is saved as you go, so you can stop halfway and come back to it.

3. 3. We check it, then it goes live

   Every new listing is reviewed before it appears, which keeps the search results worth reading. Once it is live you can edit it, pause it, or mark it as sold or let whenever you want.

  Buyers and tenants write to you through the listing and the message reaches you by email, with their name and how to reply. Your email address is never printed on the page.

• Your phone number, only when asked for

  Add a number and it stays behind a button until somebody chooses to see it, so it is not lifted straight off the page. Every reveal is counted.

• Figures for each listing

  Views, enquiries and phone reveals are counted per property, so you can tell the difference between an ad nobody sees and an ad people see and pass over.

• Change your mind whenever you like

  Edit the price, swap a photo, pause the ad while you are away, mark it under offer, sold or let, or take it down. Nothing needs our approval except the first publication.

• Found the way people search

  Your property appears in searches by postcode, town or district, filtered by price, bedrooms, floor area and features - the same as every other listing on fliq, because none of them can pay to jump the queue.

Questions people ask

Is it really free?

Yes. Posting a property, editing it and keeping it on fliq costs nothing, and we take no fee when you find a buyer or a tenant. There is no paid tier to upgrade to and no card details are asked for anywhere.

Do I need an estate agent?

No. Private sellers and landlords advertise on fliq themselves. If you already have an agent, they can advertise the property from their own fliq account instead - that is free too.

How many properties can I advertise?

There is no cap. A private account can hold as many listings as you have properties, and each one is managed separately.

How do people get in touch with me?

Through the enquiry form on your listing, which arrives as an email, and by phone if you have added a number. The number is hidden behind a button until a visitor asks to see it.
