fliq is a UK property portal where new homes developers advertise at no cost. Open a company account, publish each home as its own listing, mark it as a new build and let buyers reach your sales team directly - there is no fee and no contract.

How it works

1. 1. Open a company account

   Register, choose Company and pick developer as the type. Your company profile comes with it - logo, description, phone number, website and the hours your sales office is open.

2. 2. Add your homes

   Each home is its own listing, with its price, floor area, bedrooms, tenure, features and photos or clearly labelled CGIs. Tick the new build box and the listing says so on the page.

3. 3. Publish, then keep it current

   New listings are reviewed before they go public. After that you mark a plot as under offer or sold as the phase moves, and the ones still available stay in front of buyers.

What you get

• Free, however many plots you have

  No listing fee, no per-plot charge, no commission and no contract. A ten-house site and a two-hundred-unit scheme cost the same: nothing.

• Your sales team on one account

  Invite the sales team as members of the company account. Each has their own sign-in, and the listings belong to the company rather than to a single laptop.

• Enquiries with the numbers behind them

  Enquiries arrive by email, and views, enquiries and phone reveals are counted per plot - useful when a unit type is being looked at but never asked about.

• New build stated on the listing

  A home marked as a new build shows it in the property details, so a buyer comparing your plot with a resale knows which is which.

• A number that is not scraped

  Your sales number sits behind a reveal button rather than in plain text on the page, and you can see how often it is asked for.

• No paid placement to compete with

  There are no sponsored slots on fliq. Nobody can buy their way above your development, and you do not have to buy your way back.

Questions developers ask

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no commission, whether you are advertising three homes or three hundred.

Can we upload a whole phase at once?

Not yet. Each home is added through the site, and bulk import is on the roadmap.

Can we advertise homes that are not built yet?

Yes, as long as the listing says so. Describe the plot as off-plan, give the expected completion, and label a CGI as a CGI rather than passing it off as a photograph.

Can our whole sales team use the account?

Yes. Invite them as members of the company account, each with their own sign-in, and remove access when somebody moves to another site.
